1. Brief about yourself and your educational background..?
I am a mother of 2 daughters, Workaholic woman.I like to get in to shopping , eating outside, watching movies and learning new things daily . I like to watch motivational videos and always stay positive and try my best to make others to stay positive and healthy in their life always.
I have done fashion designing workout in export house at the age of 19 to 22.
Finished my graduation in commerce,
then diploma in nutrition health education &
2. What was your area of interest and ambitions as a student..?
As a student famous personalities have always inspired me and always wanted to do something to make my parents proud and content about me.
3. How you decided to get in to this prevailing profession of dietician..?
When i saw people are getting fooled emotionally and physically by big companies on the sake of weight loss then, i decided that i will help people on the boundaries of home that they can reduce.
I taught many that yoga and gym is only for their flexibility it has nothing to do with weight loss.
4. Whom you consider as your inspiration and whom will you credit your success..?
Today’s youth is my inspiration as they are very clear about their life and career.and i would like to give a good amount of credit to my family specially my daughter,
and off-course my mother’s blessings.
5. What is the first thing you would like to say with every self-made entrepreneur like you..?
There is alot more thing to suggest and to mend in one’s journey, but definitely I would say to entrepreneurs that – Self confidence and keep learning is key to success.
6. Share about your struggles and efforts in achieving the podium you have now.?
I never thought that i will be able to compete with the renowned dietitians, and it was a big challenge for me to start my work without practicing under any senior nutritionist.
So i kept my work different and let my client to enjoy all their favourite and work according to their lifestyle.
I always tell my clients no need to change your lifestyle for diet change your diet to live that lifestyle. This has always been my mantra for dealing a good relationship and results.
7. Your experience by now in this profession and anything that content you so much..?
It’s been 9 years since i am in this profession and i started to help people to reduce weight . But, i feel more contented when my clients can see their diabetes is under control just with the diet and they are no more taking insulin dose before each meal .
Other contentment i felt when my alopacia client got her hair back with diet only
and teenagers get rid away from acne.
8. How much helpful you are to your clients any review..?
I have been very positive with my clients in sense of dealing and in sense of making them comfortable. And i can say this on the analysis of the feedback for my work that i get on daily basis.

9. Tell us about your future ventures and ideas..?
If you are asking so definitely i would like to say that i dream to open my health and fitness school for those who wants to reduce weight and gain good health as they not only follow the diet to reduce weight, but learn how to sustain it.
10. What’s your take on body shaming.?
You are beautiful as you are, you are your own gift of nature and always feel proud on yourself.
Never try to look fit and beautiful for someone.
